My name is Stephanie, and I am pleased to share insights from my professional journey. Over the past 25 years, I have cultivated a successful practice in massage and bodywork by consistently pursuing advanced knowledge and techniques in the field. My experience spans a range of settings, including plastic surgery and chiropractic offices, as well as orthopedic clinics. I have also had the privilege of supporting professional sports teams, such as the Minnesota Vikings and the 2021 Women’s Olympic hockey team. In my private practice, I collaborate with exceptional athletes, including players from the Minnesota Wild. My primary focus is on facilitating their recovery in a timely and effective manner.
