Welcome to Momentum: for health, healing, well-being... The longer I have been in the industry, the more I have come to realize that you cannot separate physical health from your mental, spiritual, and emotional health. For optimal healing and improvement all must be addressed. As you will see in my bio - I made my "name/start" in sports and rehabilitation work - I still love it, it is still a passion, but I am now turning a new chapter in my own journey to start addressing everything as a whole, so I am excited to be offering some more modalities than I have previously.
