Licensed massage therapist, earning my massage therapy certification at Aveda Arts and Sciences Institute in Minneapolis. I enjoy and believe in the therapeutic aspects of massage, and work to listen to my clients in order to provide the healing session they specifically need. I combine Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work and traction/stretching techniques to effectively release tension, while allowing the body to achieve a relaxed and comfortable state.
