Form & Function STP is a massage therapy studio owned and operated by licensed massage therapist Kata Garrison. Kata implores therapeutic massage to assist clients to integrate and balance emotional and physical wellbeing, encouraging fully functional living. Her goal is to listen to the needs and preferences of each client in order to craft an approach that best meets the needs of the individual. Kata employs many modalities such as Trigger Point therapy, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Corrective Exercise coaching and Craniosacral Therapy into her practice. By fostering an environment of wellbeing and relaxation, Kata hopes to hold the space required for you find healing and restoration.
