Massages are custom tailored to your personal needs and goals and draw from a number of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, myofascial techniques, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, Reiki, and more. I specialize in chronic pain/dysfunction, getting to the root of why you are hurting and getting you long term pain relief. 1-3 hour sessions are available, hourly rates do not vary based on modalities used. Only $80 for a full hour. I use only top quality creams, lotions, and essential oils at no additional charge. Hot stones, hot towels, and heat pads offered at no additional cost. I do accept HSA payments!
