West Michigan Wellness is a bodywork practice serving Holland and West Michigan. We offer bodywork sessions that focus on each client's individual wants and needs, while using a wide array of all organic techniques, including, hot bamboo sticks, hot stones, cupping, stretching, muscle stripping, myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and energy work.
