We use Orthopedic Massage Therapy (manual manipulation, assisted stretching, scar tissue release, and more in pain-free appointments) to find and release the causes of your soft tissue pain (muscles, fascia, scar tissue, etc.). Once the problem is dealt with, we’ll teach you the self-care to do at home that can help you avoid a relapse.
