Using assessment and screening we determine the best options for your session. Our Bodywork includes a variety of soft tissue techniques with stretching and strengthening suggestions as needed. If you are simply looking for a Relaxation session we can provide this as well. *Note this business is on the second story and we apologize but at this time we can not accommodate clients who can not go up a flight of stairs on their own.
