My name is Aaron Moore and I have been a LMT for over 13 years. Previously, I worked for Life Time Fitness for 10 years as a massage therapist and regional educator. I was in the top 10% of therapists in the company and traveled all over the country to conduct trainings for massage therapists coming into new club openings. Working within Life Time I learned and took continuing education focussed on working with athletes, such as, body builders, cross fit, and triathletes. However, I also worked with many accident injury clients dealing with chronic pain. My focus has always been on therapeutic massage and bettering my client's quality of life. I specialize in deep tissue, myofascial release, active release technique, and trigger point.
