Hello. I am Kendra, a Licensed Massage Therapist working at The Outer Practice in Lake Orion. As an LMT, I know that massage therapy has different meanings to different people. Some clients need a space to relax, decompress and just be. Others know massage as a go-to for pain relief, maintaining or restorative care for movement of the body. With this in mind, I will cater to your individual needs. Each massage is customized for you and the outcome you are trying to achieve. We will discuss your goals and what I can do to help you achieve them. I use different techniques for different outcomes. My personal goal for all my clients is to get the therapeutic results without pain. Massage doesn't have to be painful. See you soon.
