I am a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in the John F Barnes Myofascial Release Approach™ Injuries, surgeries, and other traumas can produce restrictions in the fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds every structure in your body). Myofascial Release (MFR) is a whole body treatment approach. Together, we will address the goals you would like to achieve such as reducing or relieving your pain, increasing your mobility, returning to a more active lifestyle, getting back to activities you love such as playing with your kids/grandkids, skiing, biking, going to the gym, or whatever it is you love to do!
