I am a Licensed Massage Therapist because I have personally experienced healing through manual therapies, energy work, and aromatherapy. I enjoy accompanying people on their wellness journeys through empathy, and by providing a peaceful environment to calm anxiety and relax muscles. You leave feeling lighter and refreshed. Open **by appointment only, 24 hours ahead of time**, Mondays through Thursdays. A massage therapist since 2009, I started my own business December 1, 2020. I am at my best when I am able to use my skills as I see appropriate. I have taken courses on grief massage, gentle touch, isolated stretching, and other modalities of massage and healing. I also have extensive personal caregiver experience.
