I began my first college years studying psychology, found massage therapy, added craniosacral therapy, then received a certification in personal training through ACE. I am all about the mind-body connection and how we can use it to teach our bodies new ways of being through bodywork, fitness, and mindfulness. My goal is to help you prepare for and recover from your life’s unique workload through bodywork and fitness.
