Autumn is a 2022 graduate of Irene's School of Myomassology in Southfield. Immediately following graduation, Autumn began her journey to help others manage their pain and stress. She is extremely passionate about massage therapy, ensuring each session is personalized. Her goal is to bring awareness to the client about their body and pass on the knowledge about the benefits that massage therapy can provide. During her time at Irene's, Autumn was trained in several massage modalities, but took special interest in therapeutic techniques including, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, and myofascial therapy.
