I specialize and am licensed in Massage Therapy paired with a Certificate in Person Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Modalities that I am skilled and have received continued education in, include Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Dynamic Stretching, Cupping, and Kinesiology Taping. The best thing you can invest in, is yourself and I'm excited to help you do that! My practice creates a safe, warm environment to help you become the best version of yourself.
