Your Frequency is private practice led by Jean Crawford, a licensed Holistic Massage Therapist and Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner in the Jamaica Plain area of Boston, Massachusetts. My practice is dedicated to clients who recognize that regular bodywork and a strong mind-body connection are essential for navigating the stresses of modern life. Massage therapy techniques include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, stretching, cupping, and hot stones. Vibrational Sound Therapy with Himalayan singing bowls and Polarity Therapy energy work are also offered as separate or integrated experiences.
