I am a practicing licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. My specialization is in NeuroMuscular Therapy (over 10 years experience). NMT is soft tissue based approach addressing areas of density in muscle. The result is a reduction of pain & stiffness and increase in range of motion. Issues commonly addressed are low back, hip, shoulder, neck, jaw pain and headaches. Additionally, I offer Arvigo® abdominal massage to address the vitals organs of the abdomen. These may influence or be influenced by the asymmetries in the body, and benefit greatly from massage techniques promoting balance of the organs, fluids and myofascia.
