Wellness Grooves Spa provides a pleasant way to deal with chronic pain. Our massage sessions are customized to your specific needs and we develop a plan to meet your wellness goals. Our sessions are focused on resolving various issues of pain and/or mental health (i.e. depression/anxiety). We start with a client assessment to determine the issue, then manual therapy, and finally a relaxing massage. The sessions include hot towels & aromatherapy to provide a soothing experience.
