LMT, MLD-C Versed in a range of massage and bodywork modalities including MLD, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point (TP) Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage. Each session is individualized, meeting the client where they are on any given day, be it in seeking pain relief, detoxification or stress reduction and relaxation.
