As a skilled massage therapist of almost eight years, I approach my practice with respect, kindness and knowledgeable experience. Believing that every session should be as unique as each of my clients, I draw upon a variety of modalities to create the best personalized healing experience. I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in 2017, where I learned to adopt a technical and intuitive approach to massage therapy. Using different styles of massage; Swedish, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, active isolated stretching (AIS), and many other therapeutic techniques, I help my clients achieve a tension-free state, enabling them to pursue their goals unhindered by muscle pain.
