Greetings! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 13 years experience, specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy & Myofascial Release Massage. I also a Certified Foundational Herbalist, Colon Hydrotherapist and an avid Yoga student. In my practice I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Detoxifying Ionic Foot Baths. Healing the body through bodywork practices, herbs, nutrition & detoxification is key to optimal health & it is my passion to share my knowledge and skillset with those who will allow me to impact their life.
