Douglas R. Benoit, LMT I am an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner serving the Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. areas. I also incorporate sound therapy and guided meditation with Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls into my treatments. I believe in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.
