I am a licensed massage therapist and 2022 graduate of TBLC in Brewer. I own a one-practitioner office in Blue Hill, Maine. My therapeutic massage style is unique and combines traditional Swedish with Myoskeletal alignment and stretching. I focus in pain control with therapeutic massage My mission is to be a leader in improving the health and wellness of the peninsula and beyond by providing inspired treatments, helping to find balance in the body mentally, physically, and emotionally, teaching my clients healthy practices, and fostering wellness education in a cost effective manner.
