Through therapeutic bodywork I focus on areas of restriction and pain, assisting them to relax and unwind. Services provided assist clients in promoting relaxation, decreasing pain, and improving function and performance. Sessions are tailored to each person based on their goals. A range of services are offered including Swedish, Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, warm Bamboo sticks, facial and body treatments. Aromatherapy, hot towels, water and herbal hot tea are provided complimentary at each session. All oils, lotions and scrubs are made from high quality ingredients, unscented or nut free options are available.
