By appointment only. I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maine, concentrating on therapeutic massage. I participate in continuing education credits to increase my knowledge and skills. Member of ABMP and AMTA. Therapeutic massage therapy includes hot stones, hot towels, and cupping therapy at no additional charge. TMJ massage, myofascial release, and more. Full body or specific area work is offered. Reflexology by a certified reflexologist. Great for people who like minimal touch. Passive and assisted stretching help improve range of motion, flexibility, and strength. Coming in September 2025, functional medicine certified health coaching.
