My goal is to empower clients to better understand their bodies and discover the positive effect massage therapy can have on their overall wellness, including pain management, stress reduction and improved physical function. I have over 15 years experience as a massage therapist and am skilled in several different massage techniques including: Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, reflexology, acupressure, Ortho-Bionomy, Event Sports massage, Swedish massage and Kinesio Taping.
