She has a keen grasp of the physical demands of athletes, being an endurance athlete herself (having run 5ks to 100-mile races). Her specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Sports and Pre-Natal massage. She is ready to listen and tailor your massage to help you perform at peak performance- whether as an athlete, parent, caretaker, or just want to live life to the fullest!
