Welcome, my name is Tanya Sharkey. I have been an Iowa licensed massage therapist since 2005. Massage modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point therapy, TMJ therapy, Migraine therapy, nerve flossing, Myofascial Release and Cranial-Sacral therapy. My goal is to listen to what your needs are and also listen to what your body's needs are and find a happy medium. I believe the mind is just as important as the body and opt to take a whole-self wellness approach to assist in your health care journey.
