Helping people with pain, stress, or tension find space in their bodies, minds, and lives! If you want to decrease pain, improve your performance, and learn easy-to-apply techniques to keep you feeling better in the long run, I can help! Using targeted bodywork, meditation, mindful movement, and mindset work, we work together to determine and implement a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your goals. I am trained as a yoga teacher, a Yoga Tune Up® teacher, and a licensed massage therapist. I am trained in both deep tissue work, as well as lighter CranioSacral and visceral manipulation (organ massage) work. I am also a master certified health and wellness coach and an Intermediate Level Practitioner of Somatic Experiencing.
