I focus on the areas of Orthopedic and Sports massage, but my techniques help a wide range of individuals. My massage style is targeted and unique to each individual, because no two bodies are the same. I believe that pain is there for a reason, and it's my job to figure out what it is trying to say. The pain isn't always where the problem is, which is why my approach won't only focus on the area of pain. I also look beyond the areas of pain, in order to identify where a problem may have originated and believe in working with your nervous system, not against it. I use a variety of techniques, to combine my knowledge as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed Massage therapist to create the best outcomes for my clients.
