Elizabeth has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 after graduating from the Indian Hills Therapeutic Massage program. Elizabeth is passionate about creating 1-on-1 relationships and helping clients feel their best by helping them reach their wellness goals. In her private practice, her goal is to help people achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage in a calming space that enhances relaxation. Elizabeth specializes in Swedish massage and is perusing continuing education in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Pregnancy massage (prenatal and postpartum), Cupping and Therapeutic Stretching Therapies.
