My name is Alexa Weimer. I've been an active LMT since 2015. I graduated from ISB (College of Natural Health) in Ankeny in November, 2014. My goal is to alleviate your stress & chronic pain, increase mobility & body awareness. Every massage is a learning experience for both therapist and client. My massage style is a mix of swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, craniosacral, trigger point, and stretching techniques, accustomed to your individual needs. I also offer upgrades to your services, such as hot stones and cupping! It has always been an honor to do massage/bodywork, and I am thrilled to start doing it through my own means.
