My personal mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide a customized treatment experience for every client. Every person is absolutely unique with specific needs, personal wellbeing goals, and health situations that deserve consideration and care. Each session with me integrates various techniques including Swedish, hot and cold stone therapy, reflexology, and intuitive Reiki energy work to accomplish health goals on all levels of the self – body, mind, and spirit. I also provide Reiki-only sessions as a Reiki Level II practitioner.
