Touch is very powerful and has the ability to heal. My belief is that wellness consists of a balance of proper fuel, movement and rest and I help my clients to achieve balance in these areas. My work is to help my clients with their process of healing mind, body and soul. I believe that my personal experience having a back injury has given me a deeper compassion for the complexity of the journey to recovery and health.
