Susan practices Neuromuscular, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (facilitated stretching), Neuromuscular cupping, Swedish relaxation, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Manual Lymph Drainage with Aroma Therapy along with certifications in Reiki, ELDOA and yoga. As a yoga and ELDOA educator, she guides people through postures, breathing exercises, remedial exercise, and energetically holds space for people being a witness.
