My mission is to provide therapeutic hands-on therapy that supports your individual healing. Whether that’s a stress relief massage that focuses on relaxation & breath-work or it’s a deep tissue massage that brings up emotions stored in the body, I am here for you. I envision myself as a channel for the universe to work through me and with you. You are your own best healer. I believe everybody is different and each body has different needs. I believe you are the expert of your body and it’s up to you to advocate for yourself. My intention with my work is to guide you back to your own guidance system by tuning you into how you listen to your body.
