I have always found the mind, body and spirit connection absolutely fascinating. When I was younger, I fell in love with all of the amazing things that our bodies are capable of and reading up on how it all works. Years later, I began my journey with Bodywork and Reflexology, helping clients achieve their selfcare goals ever since. For me, what I do is much more than just a career, it's something I picture myself doing for many years to come. I love being part of my client's wellness journey and allowing them to reconnect with their bodies. I honestly couldn't imagine doing anything else.
