**FIRST TIME CLIENTS ** Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out paperwork and for initial intake. Late arrivals will have intake time factored in to their session duration. **CANCELLATION POLICY** Firebird Bodyworks enforces a cancellation policy. I ask that you respect my time just as I respect yours. In the event of cancellation, I require 24-hour notice. Without proper notice, therapist reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. Any client who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment.
