I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Esthetician (LE), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Traditional Naturopath, Reiki Master & Teacher, Certified Reflexologist, and Loomis Digestive Health Specialist. My approach has always been centered upon total body wellness for each and every one of my clients. Depending on each of my client’s individual needs (based on what they say they need help with and what I sense from them) I can treat them with elements from any combination of the modalities I am trained.
