My name is Ashley Stovell. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2009. I started my career working in spas in the local area. I partnered with optimal health and wellness in 2021 to begin my own career as a massage therapist. I provide the best massage possible building a treatment plan to help ease pain and enhance relaxation. I have standard massages. However I also offer those pampering services we love to keep our self refreshed.
