Rachel Safranek, LMT, is passionate about her work as a massage therapist. Born and raised on a farm near Byron, Illinois, Rachel has first-hand knowledge how much of a toll everyday hard work can have your body. Rachel was drawn to massage therapy due to her fascination with the interconnectivity between the mechanics of the body and the healing power of touch. She studied at the University of Spa and Massage in Springfield, Illinois. Rachel offers a range of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal, which she adapts to her client's individual needs and physical challenges.
