Michelle’s experience with body and energy gleans from an invaluable teaching in sports. An avid softball player until a damaging ankle injury put it to rest, she had to focus her energy on learning soft tissue healing. In 2012, she had excessive soft tissue damage from a moped spill out and in 2017, sustained damages in a 20ft fall. She owes her health and healing to CrossFit/weightlifting, Yoga practice and massage therapy. Massage is truly a form of art, experienced through countless techniques and points of contact throughout the body. Muscle and fascial rejuvenation is Michelle’s great passion. Focused on facilitating proprioception and the continuous movement of energy she prompts joy and wonder of mind and body alignment.
