In our session you can expect starting with a conversation to create your game plan and outline goals for your body. Expect to feel different styles of massage used throughout our session to achieve a relaxing journey to meet your wellness goals. I will assess your body by using my hands to “ask questions” and detect restrictions, then facilitate the release of tissue.
