Journey to Wellness is a massage and energy therapeutics practice owned and operated by Jennifer Dexheimer, LMT, BSc, MSOM. She has over 24 years of therapeutic massage experience and offers a variety of treatment styles to help patients' break the pain-stress cycle. She also provides support as patients recover from injury, surgery, and/or manage other chronic health conditions. Sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes and are customized based on patient preferences and goals. Jennifer supports research, education, and community service in the field and has previously served as a researcher and instructor at National University of Health Sciences, as well as a volunteer for the Massage Therapy Foundation and the Reiki Brigade.
