I have specialized certifications as a Myofascial Release Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Neuromuscular Therapist,. I am also a certified & licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. My main focus with clients are injury prevention, relaxation, self regulation, improve functional mobility, shock & trauma and provide overall holistic wellness and healthy lifestyle.
