Experienced massage therapist using techniques that deliver relaxation, rejuvenation and offer therapeutic benefits. I believe in customizing each session based on the individual and their needs. A session may involve several different modalities - Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point and Swedish. I have worked with several athletes to help improve their performance - whether that be faster recovery or endurance. I also love working with Prenatal & Postnatal clients, helping moms and moms to be to feel more like themselves.
