I provide customized massage therapy to my clients using a variety of modalities. Each session is tailored to my clients' need. I utilize deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and a variety of stretching techniques in my sessions, if needed, and discussed prior. I am also a Reiki Therapist and provide Swedish Massage for those who just need to relax. Hot stones also available. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2008 and absolutely love what I do.
