Green Method Massage & Wellness was founded on the belief that every body needs a specific, individually tailored approach to healing and wellness. It is my goal to provide each and every client with the chance to live their best through achieving optimum wellness and homeostasis. I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) of 14 years, and the only scholarship recipient at my academic institution (Cortiva Institute). I specialize in a vast array of techniques and modalities, and integrate my skills into providing each client with a unique, specialized treatment solely suited to your body’s needs.
