Forge Body Therapy is a human body shop committed to helping those who want to move confidently in all parts of life. Specializing in mobility, rehab and pain management, I use a combination of Myo-fascial release, active/passive stretching, Thai massage, cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM). My approach is very issue specific, but treatment will seek to address all underlying causes. During session you will remain clothed, so wearing gym clothes or something comfortable to move in is important. If we do cupping or IASTM, access to skin will be necessary and draping will be provided as appropriate for your comfort and safety.
