I am naturally a relaxed person who loves one on one connective interactions, and have a passion for massage and the body. As an avid bodybuilder I have a deep understanding of body mechanics, how our muscles and frames function, and how they impact our overall health. Whether you’re looking for relaxing comfort, or something with a little more pressure, I am prepared to meet your needs. I use Swedish style massage, certified at the Soma Institute, coupled with my own cultivated techniques, to accommodate your ideal experience.
